What's in a name?

The picture of how to get your cousins to do what you want!!!!!!

Aiden has a Shakespeare competition this week and on a site I was visiting I saw this and thought of Juliet:"What's in a name? That which we call a rose. By any other name would smell as sweet."
It is what we are identified! It is what our reputations good or bad are hung on! It is why many can't wait to change their names! It is the thing you hate or love about yourself!

Growing up in our small city I never met another Ruth until I was 8 and then she was special needs and that wasn't a big problem except I was called to the Dental Nurse's clinic to show the other Ruth how to sit nicely and have my teeth drilled! Yes they didn't need to be drilled but they were! This wouldn't happen today but 37 years ago it certainly did!

As an adult I have met a handful of Ruth's or maybe 2 handfuls! When I went onto the site below it was interesting to see that Ruth is the 50th most popular name in USA, Alice was 99th, Keith 126th, Emily was 199th and Aiden didn't rank! However there are only one or no people in the states with the same last name and first name as any of us! Just amazing and in the States there are only 337 people with our surname!

Try it out for yourself! Let me no in the comments section how you go!

Less than 1600 people in the US share my first name (most of them are probably guys, too, LOL). But I am the ONLY one with my first and last name. There are five people who share my husband's first and last name. And of course the Tongginator is completely unique as well. She takes after her momma! :)

Oh I'm just common! There are 349,003 people with my first name and it's the 170th most popular. Only 31 people have my first and last names though.
